Thor sells Design District properties to RedSky, JZ for $60M, doubles investment. New York-based Thor Equities has sold four properties in Miami’s Design District for $59.83 million, or a whopping $3,132 per square foot for the land.

T-4 property sells for $10MM. The deal breaks down to about $660 per square foot for the building and $1,082 per square foot for the land.

Design district property trades for $21.5MM. The new sale price equates to $2,445 per square foot for the building and $4,300 per square foot for the land.

Less than three years after it began assembling a war chest of properties in Miami’s Design District, Thor Equities has just sold eight sites to Redsky Capital and JZ Capital Partners for $128.285 million.
