Sonia is a distinctive Commercial Realtor at Fortune International Realty with strong analytics and a sensitive, creative, out-of-the box approach tailored to investor needs and interests. Since 2007, she has experience in real estate investment, financing and management of several properties, most notably shopping centers, apartments and warehouses. From 1994 through 2007, working at a national vitamin brand company, she managed sales relationships with top retailers such as CVS, Dollar Tree, Big Lots and several regional supermarket and discount stores throughout the nation. As a Native South Floridian, she has local street knowledge of many neighborhoods and changes in demographics. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School.
